Once Upon a Time in Venezuela
On Lake Maracaibo, the village of Congo Mirador is preparing for parliamentary elections. Chavist party representative Tamara fights for each vote by all means while opposition-supporting teacher Natalie is about to be forced from her job and little Yoaini sees her community and childhood sinking in oily mud. A story of corruption, pollution and decay – a reflection of Venezuela today.
