The filmis about the making of a semi-documentary and tries at the same time to present the dancing style of Vaslav Nijinsky (1890-1950); he was the dancer and choreopgrapher who expeienced the chancing of the classic ballet dance with its elegance and softness into the modern, angular expressionist dance.
